Ginger
People often ask where the idea for ITT came from.
The truth is, it didn't begin as a business idea. It began with curiosity.
For years, as a Professor of Education, I watched stories do something information alone rarely could. They helped people recognize something familiar in themselves, discover new perspectives, and begin conversations that might never have happened otherwise.
Years later, while leading a technology company focused on helping organizations recognize learning and achievement, I encountered a different question.
Organizations invested enormous time and resources creating meaningful experiences, yet often had very little understanding of what people actually carried forward from them.
Those two experiences stayed with me.
Eventually, they came together in a single idea.
What if finishing a story was just the beginning? What if stories could help organizations create more meaningful experiences? And what if those same experiences could also help organizations better understand the people they serve?
That question became ITT.
Today, our work brings together thoughtfully designed experiences and AI that helps organizations recognize patterns across thousands of individual reflections—not to replace the human experience, but to better understand it.
That continues to inspire our work every day.
